All sales at Paper Pals are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@paperpalsshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review each case individually.
